The role
As the Executive Assistant to the Chief Information Officer youll be the linchpin in managing priorities streamlining communication and ensuring the seamless flow of operations. Youll handle high-level administrative responsibilities from coordinating schedules and financial tasks to preparing strategic documents that support decision-making. With discretion and efficiency youll facilitate strong relationships with stakeholders and keep projects on track.
Balancing a fast-paced environment with ever-changing demands youll need to navigate tight deadlines shifting priorities and confidential matters with professionalism and agility. Whether tackling urgent requests or optimizing workflows your ability to stay adaptable and resourceful will be key to keeping the Digital Information Office running smoothly.

What you will bring to the role
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with team members.
Solid time management and organisational skills to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
