About the Role:
As the Finance Manager you will play a critical role in managing IDREs financial operations while leading automation initiatives to enhance efficiency. You will collaborate with technology leaders and the program team to refine processes ensuring compliance accuracy and innovation. Additionally you will serve as the key financial liaison to both internal teams and external stakeholders driving transparency and responsiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all financial operations for the IDRE program ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
- Lead automation efforts to streamline finance activities in collaboration with tech leadership.
- Represent IDRE finance in stakeholder meetings ensuring timely and effective communication.
- Manage financial reporting and deliverables
- Supervise and mentor finance team members fostering a culture of excellence.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations including conflict-of-interest policies.
What Were Looking For:
- Education: Bachelors degree in accounting (required).
- Experience: 5 years in finance accounting or related operational roles. Experience in government agencies or medical programs is a plus.
- Skills: Strong analytical ability attention to detail and expertise in financial reporting tools (Excel Outlook Word).
- Competencies: Results-driven tech-savvy and capable of managing complex financial processes with precision.
- Other Requirements: Ability to obtain and maintain U.S. Government Security Clearance.
