JOB TITLE:
Assistant/Associate Librarian - Department Chair Public Services/Public Services Librarian
JOB PURPOSE:
The University of Wyoming Libraries seeks applicants for a Chair of Public Services. This position provides leadership for the Public Services Department which includes circulation interlibrary loan stacks maintenance mailroom and public services/user experience operations located at W.R. Coe Library as well as a branch library and storage annex located on the main UW campus. The breakdown of duties for this position is 40% administration 40% practice of librarianship 10% scholarship and 10% service. This position reports to the Associate Dean of Libraries.
The Chair salary includes a base amount determined by the salary range and faculty rank (assistant or associate) at the time of hire plus an $8208 yearly administrative stipend.
