Job Description
What youll need:
- H.S. Diploma or Equivalent Required And
- Other Successful completion of a Medical Assistant education program Certified or Registered Medical Assistant in lieu of the completion of a Medical Assistant education program Required or Other Successful completion of a Vocational Nurse program Required.
- 6 months of Previous health care facility clinical experience as a LVN MA CNA or other patient care experience or completion of an internal THR MA externship training program in lieu of experience Required.
- Previous experience with electronic health record preferred.
- BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support maintained every 2 years and required prior to providing independent patient care Upon Hire Required.
- Certified or Registered Medical Assistant in lieu of the completion of a Medical Assistant education program Req or LVN - Licensed Vocational Nurse State of Texas if LVN Upon Hire Required.

Clinical Concierge MA/LVN - Mansfield

Location: 111 W. Debbie Lane Suite 101 Mansfield Texas 76063 (This position requires floating)
Works hours: Full-Time 3-12-hour shifts a week 7:45 AM - 8:15 PM
What youll do:
- Be our clinical concierge providing outstanding customer service as you guide our patients and visitors through their entire experience in the Urgent Care Clinic
- Be a vital member of the care team assisting with clinical functions including front and back-office duties and working closely with the provider and other clinical team members
- This position will float across multiple Texas Health Urgent Care locations.
