Job Description

Work Flexibility: Onsite

Qu hars:

Coordinar los recursos operar y supervisar el funcionamiento de las mquinas y procesos de produccin.
Asegurar el cumplimiento de los estndares de calidad y de las regulaciones vigentes.
Supervisar al equipo de trabajo gestionando el ausentismo y garantizando la productividad durante el turno.
Brindar soporte a un equipo de 11 personas que trabaja en distintas reas del proceso productivo.
Contribuir a una cultura de mejora continua comunicacin efectiva y colaboracin en equipo.

Qu necesitas:

Estudios universitarios concluidos o en curso
Experiencia mnima de 2 aos en entornos de manufactura
Nivel bsico de ingls deseable pero no obligatorio.
Conocimiento en el sistema AS400 (software de gestin empresarial utilizado para inventarios y procesos de manufactura) es deseable.
