Maintain program databases related to UCSF Fresnos educational pathway programs
Maintain pathway program files and data including individual learner files and program documentation in accordance with regulatory and University policies
Analyze data outcomes associated with health career pathway programs following established protocols for data cleaning inputting processing retrieving and analysis
Assist with learner outreach efforts and serve as the point person for learners to answer questions and disseminate program information
Support reporting requirements for funding deliverables including those for the K-16 Collaborative grant
Coordinate and implement the Raices Program alongside the Academic Program Coordinator focusing on equitable access for aspiring health professionals
Collaborate with the K-16 Collaborative Academic Program Coordinator on data analysis visualization and distribution to aid strategic planning and decision-making
Create learner assessment documentation (tools strategies timelines) and generate regular reports on individual and aggregate learner progress
Coordinate implementation of educational activities including competencies curriculum and college-level programming for health pathway learners; travel as needed
Create program and curricular evaluation documentation (e.g. using Qualtrics) generate evaluation reports and visualizations and assist with compliance and external informational requests
Respond to inquiries regarding educational technology and systems troubleshoot issues and monitor user experience
Maintain program communication resources such as program website outreach materials marketing collateral email and address lists
Foster collaboration between educational institutions and the department; participate in work groups teams task forces and committees to support health professions education programs
Assist with various projects to improve educational or administrative operations and support other department events and programming as needed
Perform other duties as assigned in support of Office of Health Career Pathways programming
Experience working with learners at a K-16 level.
Knowledge of data collection research and analysis techniques.
Solid verbal and written communication skills active listening and time management skills.
Experience working with Microsoft Office Google Suites and databases.
Understanding of rural and urban populations first-generation college student experiences and underserved communities to create rapport and working relationships with students while providing insight into realistic expectations.
Excellent organizational skills analytical abilities and demonstrated attention to detail including the ability to manage extremely complex schedules with precision.
Ability to complete work and meet established deadlines accurately and timely managing short and competing deadlines.
Detail-oriented and able to work independently.
Demonstrated interpersonal skills and ability to develop working relationships within the department and with students.
Ability to use sound judgment in responding to issues and concerns.
Ability to maintain good rapport and relationships with contracted district personnel and community organizations.
Ideally an individual currently in the process of applying to medical school familiar with the application process or willing to learn.
