The anticipated duration of this assignment is approximately 3 months.
The Medical Assistant III provides patient care and administrative support in a busy cardiology clinic setting under the direction of the Clinical Nurse Manager and Administrative Director. This role assists with patient rooming clinical support tasks vital sign collection EKGs administrative functions such as scheduling and referrals and supports clinic flow and patient care delivery. The Medical Assistant must operate confidently in an advanced Electronic Health Record (EHR) environment and demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:

Your placement within the salary range is dependent on a number of factors including your work experience and internal equity within this position classification at UCSF. For positions that are represented by a labor union placement within the salary range will be guided by the rules in the collective bargaining agreement.
