Job Description

Responsibilities

• Self-deliver and self-facilitate usertraining
• Demo and train customers partners and administrators on the use of thenCinosoftware as part of the implementation process
• Assist in content creation/preparation of training materials
• Technical Support and Customer Service for inquiries tonCinoUniversity Online
• Write customer facingnCinoKnowledge articles from issues that have arisen and the solutions identified during the implementation process
• Facilitate technology trainingonsite and remotely using your understanding of thenCinoBank Operating System and interpreting that information to our customers in relation to their Bank or Credit Unions business process
• Mentor juniorlevel training staff
• Independently strategize training delivery methodologies with revenue generation goals
• Deliver technical training to customers (drawing on technical and/or CRM product knowledge for basic configurations of the platform)
• Become certified with one certification within your first six months of employment
• Ability to serve as credible and effective advisor/coach especially around change management (cultural technical and business)

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelors Degree and 4years experienceor an equivalent combination or exceptional performance
• Engaging public speaking/presentation skills

Preferred

• All three of the following:

- Instructional delivery experience

- Banking/Lending experience

- platform experience

• Detail oriented with good organization skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Willingness to learn and utilize emerging technologies
• Willingness to learn and dig deeper into current practices and suggest improvement when needed
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced working environment
• Ability to work on group projects as well as independent thinking and proactive initiatives

Travel Requirements

• This position requires up to 50% travel
