Join our comprehensive twelve-month graduate registered nurse or midwife program designed to nurture confident skilled healthcare professionals. We are a not-for-profit Catholic private hospital which operates across four locations in Victoria East Melbourne Fitzroy Kew and Werribee we offer diverse clinical experiences in a supportive environment.
Our experienced team of clinical professionals and educators are equipped to provide the highest level of therapeutic medical and surgical services. We work together to ensure patient safety well-being and recovery.
Our program gives you the opportunity to explore exciting high acuity clinical areas such as cardio thoracics neurosurgery major plastic and reconstructive surgery orthopaedics haematology/oncology and colorectal surgery. We also encourage our graduates to experience nursing in specialty areas such as intensive care recovery peri-operative and cardiac/vascular catheter laboratory. Each graduate is allocated 2 rotations of 6 months duration.

ABOUT YOU:
This program is open to candidates who have completed a Bachelor of Nursing Program or equivalent who are eligible to gain registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA () and will be available to commence the program in February 2026.

Succinct Curriculum Vitae (no more than three pages) including two clinical referees from 2nd or 3rd year placements (with email addresses one of whom must be from an adult acute care placement of two weeks or longer)
Certified copy your academic transcript (including legend)
Two certified acute medical or surgical ward clinical assessment tools (e.g. ANSAT).
Must be two weeks or longer and either from second or third year placements undertaken in Australia or New Zealand.
We will accept a PACU clinical tool.
We do not accept clinical assessment tools from Mental Health or Community nursing placements. Please submit the entire document not just the summary. We require every page of the document including notes pages.
Identification- international candidates are required to include a photocopy of their passport
