This Position Is Funded In Part Through Federal Funds.
The NC FAST Trainer is responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive system training to Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) staff. This role encompasses classroom virtual and eLearning instruction focused on nine economic benefit and social services programs managed through the NC FAST system. The trainer plays a critical role in designing implementing and evaluating training materials including facilitator guides presentations job aids and interactive online resources. Collaboration with stakeholders including training leads and subject matter experts is essential to ensure the training content meets organizational needs and addresses evolving program requirements.
The NC FAST Trainer also manages classroom logistics prepares materials and monitors participant progress to assess knowledge retention and application. Additionally the trainer assists with classroom technology setup and provides basic application support to facilitate smooth training sessions. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills as well as proficiency in content development software and virtual learning platforms. The trainer is expected to maintain up-to-date knowledge of adult learning principles change management strategies and eLearning systems.
