Senior Developer - GenAI Knowledge Bases
The developer at Syntax we are looking for is a full-time passionate and driven engineer to join our growing GenAI development team. We are building innovative GenAI-based solutions and need a strong engineer to help build our custom knowledge bases for unique business applications.
Responsibilities:
Develop custom knowledge bases using our GenAI platform tailored for unique business applications.
Work independently to design and implement knowledge bases and related solutions.
Utilize analytics and machine learning to enhance and optimize knowledge base performance.
Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders to define requirements and develop features.
Ensure the integrity and accuracy of data within the knowledge bases.
Thoroughly test and validate solutions prior to deployment.
Participate in code reviews.
Integrate knowledge bases with internal and external APIs.
Communicate needs and roadblocks promptly and clearly.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Computer Engineering or a related field plus a minimum of 7 years of professional development experience with at least 5 years in Python.
Strong background in analytics machine learning and GenAI.
Experience with GenAI frameworks (Langchain llamaindex CrewAI etc.).
Proven experience in building and managing enterprise software platforms.
Extensive knowledge of design patterns and software architecture principles.
Strong understanding of cloud infrastructures such as AWS Azure and GCP.
Experience using Git for source control including branching merging and resolving conflicts.
Plus:
Experience working with GitLab for issue tracking and reporting progress on assigned tasks.
Experience working with GitLab CI for process automation including linting testing analyzing reviewing building and deploying code.
Knowledge of various machine learning frameworks and libraries.
Familiarity with building and maintaining APIs.
Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
