Write business papers for Director and VP to articulate business strategy to get alignment
About the team
The Network Optimization (NETO) team will be responsible for designing and optimizing the ATS Ground Network to improve speed and network connectivity and optimize end to end package flow. The team will also drive configuration changes for NASC in upstream planning systems (ATROPS Radian etc.). Further we will also develop metrics for network optimization opportunities. While the scope of team will be limited to T1-year horizon in US and Canada network the team will partner with other planning teams for execution of network changes.
The role will be strategic hub planning and high visibility to Director leadership.
- Bachelors Degree in Business Engineering Operations Supply Chain Transportation Logistics or related field
- 5 years of program or project management experience
- 5 years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
- Experience developing Network design tenets vision and roadmap for implementation
- 5 years of driving end to end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- 5 years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience in stakeholder management dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes project management and schedules
- Experience of Six Sigma/Lean analytical techniques

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $103900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $181400/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
