Job Description
POSITION:
Special Education Teacher
Marshfield HighSchool
STARTING DATE:
September 2025 (teachers begin Tuesday September 2 2025)
SALARY:
Teacher Salary Schedule
ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIP ORLINE OF AUTHORITY:
Reports directly to Special Education Department Head Building Principal and Assistant Superintendent Student Services
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Masters preferred.
- MA DESE License: Teacher of Students with Moderate Disabilities (5-12).
- Previous experience working with students with language-based disabilities.
- Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs.
- Knowledge of crisis intervention strong parent communication skills ability to conduct behavioral assessments/observations.
