Job Description
The Field Service Technician ensures customer satisfaction by providing comprehensive on-site service and support for HULK Downhole products. This includes installing repairing and maintaining equipment directly at customer well locations. Youll also be responsible for offering technical support and troubleshooting services and diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues with the products to ensure optimal performance and functionality. Were looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual who places a strong emphasis on safety and is committedto customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
- Install repair and maintain HULK Downhole products at customer well sites ensuring proper functionality and adherence to safety regulations.
- Managing prompt and efficient response and resolution to customer service issues within the assigned area of operations.
- Confirming proper installation of HULK tools and equipment at customer locations.
- Complete and maintain detailed paperwork for each customer well site documenting all on-site activities and equipment utilized in a timely manner through our digital applications.
- Maintain clear communication with the site leader and advise customers on product and installation issues. This includes but is not limited to job procedures equipment functionality and fit.
- Collaborate with the companys operations and leadership teams providing insights and recommendations on safety practices and compliance related to installation procedures and well operations.
- Assist in shop operations as needed.
- Performs other duties as assigned or requested by management.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-year prior oilfield experience required
- 1 year of prior experiencein one or more of the following areas: ESP spooling CT (coiled tubing) workover/completions or production rig operations preferred
- Self-starterwith the ability to work independently with limited direct supervision
- Excellent customer service skillswith a focus on providing world-class value to customers
- Strong communication skillswith the ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
- Ability to collaborate effectively with others in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skillsand a strong ability to problem-solve and organize tasks
- Basic computer and writing skillsare required
- Must be available to work a varied schedule and travel as required by the job
- Must possess a valid active state-issued drivers license
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug and alcohol testingis required
Physical Requirements
- The position requires the ability to perform various physical activities including bending squatting kneeling standing for extended periods walking climbing reaching kneeling crawling and maintaining balance
- May be required to lift objects weighing up to 50 lbs.
- The ability to use hands for assembly and tool usage is essential
- Work may be performed in all weather conditions. Employees must possess good judgment and understand when it is safe to drive in adverse weather conditions.
- Employees will be required to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as safety-toed shoes safety apparel and eye protection (glasses goggles or facemask) as required by the specific tasks
Compensation: $27 - $32 per hour based on qualifications
