Job Description

Work Flexibility: Onsite

What you will do -

Conduct analysis of product implementations modifications and enhancements to product in accordance with specific customer specifications and implementations
Troubleshoot problems and issues determines technical solution in accordance with product and customer specifications and recommends actions to company or customer representatives for coordinative product solution
Assess product needs in accordance with customer specifications. Acts as local on-site representative to customers organization

What you need

Required

2 years of relevant experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Must be computer literate
Must be able to analyze and resolve equipment issues using independent judgment
Must be able to follow and explain detailed instruction troubleshooting and inspection procedures
Must be able to logically diagnose issues and systematically solve problems

Preferred

Microsoft suite experience

Travel Percentage: 10%
