Job Description
At ACAP weve been empowering children and families through early childhood education for nearly 60 years. As a Preschool Teacher you will be an essential part of a childs journey laying the foundation for lifelong success.
Positions will start August 2025.

Qualifications:
Associates degree in early childhood education or related field with at least 15 hours of ECE coursework required. A bachelors degree in early childhood education or a related field is preferred. A minimum of 1 year of experience in a preschool classroom child care daycare or other early childhood education setting is required. Valid drivers license is a plus. Bi- or Multi-lingual skills are a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute engaging age-appropriate curriculum and activities that inspire curiosity and creativity in the classroom for children ages 3-5.
- Complete child education plans assessments progress notes and other required documentation.
- Create and maintain a safe healthy environment ensuring adequate supervision in all indoor/outdoor activities and compliance with all safety and licensing standards.
- Build strong parent/guardian-teacher relationships with regular communication and collaboration to ensure every childs growth development and well-being are supported both in and out of the classroom.
