Job Description
NOW HIRING: PERSONAL CARE ASSISTANT IN FAIRFAX COUNTY VA
Senior Helpers Fairfax is seeking compassionate and experienced Personal Care Assistantsto provide exceptional in-home care to seniors across Fairfax County.
Mandatory: Applicants must have clean driving record and clean background check
Key Responsibilities:
Provide hands-on personal care including bathing grooming dressing and feeding
- Extensively experienced in providing incontinence care including performing pad changes and assisting with body repositioning
Assist with mobility and safe transfers ensuring client comfort and safety
Monitor and report changes in health behavior or physical condition
Support with medication reminders and encourage participation in daily exercises or therapy
Qualifications:
Must speak English fluently (as a primary or strong secondary language)
Current and valid Personal Care Assistant (PCA) certification
CPR and First Aid certified
Must have reliable transportation to travel to client homes across Fairfax County
