What Youll Do:
Greet customers and manage the service process from start to finish
Schedule appointments and communicate service updates
Translate customer concerns into repair orders for technicians
Recommend maintenance and repair services
Keep accurate customer and vehicle records
Resolve issues with professionalism and care
What Were Looking For:
Valid drivers license with clean driving record
High school diploma or equivalent
Positive attitude and strong communication skills
Detail-oriented and able to follow directions
Basic mechanical understanding
Basic computer skills
Must be available to work Saturdays
