Job Description
Your Responsibilities
Role Summary
Reporting to the Finance Director this role will include:
Driving BSBIs financial planning and analysis function including:
o Preparing forecasts budgets and business plans;
o Monitoring of actual accounts receivable and accounts payable performance versus budgets and forecasts;
o Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to execute FP&A deliverables; and
o Creating and monitoring liquidity plans.
Creating financial models to improve performance monitoring and financial output generation including scenario analyses.
Collaborating with accounting teams on expense allocation and expense reconciliation.
Collaborating with FP&A and controlling teams at BSBIs partner entities.
Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to forecast and monitor student enrolments.
Supporting the creation and monitoring of Business Intelligence dashboards and visualizations ensuring valuable KPIs and actionable insights.
Other ad-hoc financial and administrative tasks as required.

Your profile
Qualifications & Education
Advanced proficiency in MS Office Software especially MS Excel.
Ability to analyse data and present information in a clear manner.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; German is a plus.
Positive and intuitive approach to problem solving.
Flexible approach to working and the ability to cope with frequently changing environments.
Knowledge Skills & Training

good communication skills
the ability to explain technical financial information.

hands-on to daily tasks flexible and team oriented
Experience
