We are seeking an experienced and creative Executive Chef to lead culinary team for one of our clients at a boutique hotel in Peekskill NY. This role oversees all kitchen operations including the restaurant in-room dining and banquets. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with a passion for seasonal locally sourced cuisine and exceptional food quality.

Reports To: General Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage kitchen staff: hiring training scheduling and performance management
- Design and execute seasonal menus event packages and tastings
- Monitor inventory food cost and labor to stay within budget
- Ensure quality consistency and presentation standards
- Maintain safety sanitation and food handling procedures
- Collaborate with front-of-house and events teams for smooth operations
Requirements:
- 5 years in a senior culinary leadership role
- Experience with upscale dining banquets and high-volume kitchens
- Strong leadership budgeting and organizational skills
- Culinary degree preferred
- Technology and Equipment knowledge is a plus.
