Job Description
POSITION:
Certified Nursing Assistant Extended School Year Program
South River Elementary School (Early Childhood/Elementary)
PROGRAM DATES/TIMES:
Orientation: July 2 2025; 8:00 am 11:00 am
Classes: July 7 2025 August 7 2025 (Monday Thursday)
7:30 am 1:30 pm
SALARY:
CNA hourly rate
ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIP ORLINE OF AUTHORITY:
Directly responsible to School Nurse Director and Assistant Superintendent Student Services
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Certified CNA;
- Current certification in CPR/AED from recognized provider;
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in acute care community health or child health.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Take direction from and assist the ESY school nurse with duties as needed.
- Assist with the ESY program arrival and dismissal procedures.
