Job Description

Assistant Property Manager

Forty2 LLC is a boutique property management firm hiring only the highest caliber Assistant Property Manager talent with demonstrated ability to provide superior service advantageously negotiate terms prioritize activities convey a strong sense of fiduciary responsibility and provide impeccable personal presentation. This candidate must also be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel and clearly demonstrate leadership competency.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Knowledge of local housing laws and fair housing regulations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software
  • Strong communication organizational and customer service skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrates a strong work ethic reliability and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • Professional demeanor and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing day-to-day property operations and resident relations.
  • Respond promptly to resident inquiries maintenance requests and concerns.
  • Assist in leasing activities including showing apartment homes processing applications and preparing lease agreements.
  • Ensure compliance with local state and federal laws and company policies.
  • Collect rent payments and follow up on delinquencies.
  • Help prepare monthly financial reports budgets and variance analyses.
  • Maintain accurate records for resident files property inspections and lease renewals.
  • Support marketing and advertising strategies to maintain high occupancy levels.
  • Conduct move-in/move-out inspections and process associated documentation.
  • Monitor property conditions and report any issues or safety hazards.
