As an Associate Treasury Operations Analyst youll play a vital role in ensuring smooth and accurate daily financial transactions that help power our organizations core business. Youll use your strong organizational and communication skills to facilitate key treasury operations and support both internal and external partners. In this dynamic position your ability to prioritize multi-task and problem-solve will have a direct impact on the efficiency and accuracy of our financial processes. Youll be empowered to contribute learn and grow as part of a collaborative team focused on excellence.
About the role
Execute daily cash management tasks such as coding for warehouse activities and completing journal entries in the general ledger
Maintain and validate settlement and wire instructions to safeguard accurate and timely fund movements
Support communication with internal and external clients regarding loan-related issues including rescinds returned wires and payment inquiries
Assist with the facilitation of intercompany settlements and financial transactions
Partner closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth financing of loans from multiple originations
Contribute to treasury projects and initiatives enhancing process efficiency and effectiveness across the team
Provide support for other teams during month-end quarter-end and on an ad-hoc basis as needed ensuring accurate accounting and reporting
Participate in the reconciliation of accounts with warehouse lenders and contribute to accurate cash and warehouse accounting
About you
Minimum qualifications
Effective organizational skills including planning and prioritization
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to multi-task and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Preferred qualifications
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in accounting economics finance or another related field
Experience in accounting or a related financial field
Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
