Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive customer success strategies to enhance the overall client experience.
  • Ability to review contracts purchase orders service agreements and work with legal to minimize negotiations.
  • Lead the Customer Success team to ensure the delivery of high-quality service and solutions to customers.
  • Establish metrics to evaluate customer satisfaction and drive improvements based on feedback and data analysis.
  • Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to align customer success initiatives with company goals.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and the engineering team to relay product feedback and enhance product offerings.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess their needs and ensure they maximize the products use.
  • Facilitate training sessions and workshops for customers on the proper use and benefits of the therapy system.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the existing customer base to drive additional revenue.
  • Report directly to the executive team regarding customer feedback industry trends and the overall performance of the customer success function.
Essential Qualifications
  • Minimum of a Bachelors Degree in Business Healthcare or a related field.
  • At least 7 years of professional experience in customer success sales operations or a similar role specifically within the medical device industry.
  • Proven track record of effectively leading teams and managing customer relationships to achieve business outcomes.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from data and metrics to inform business decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills capable of building rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
Desired Experience
  • Experience working with respiratory or critical care medical products is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with sales CRM tools and customer engagement platforms such as NetSuite.
  • Strong understanding of current market trends in medical technology and customer success methodologies.
