Job Description:
We are looking for a freelance trainer with hands-on experience in Talkdesk to deliver structured training sessions and support onboarding and usage optimization for clients.
Key Skills:
Strong working knowledge of the Talkdesk platform
Experience with Talkdesk Studio IVR call routing and automations
Familiarity with CRM integrations (e.g. Salesforce Zendesk)
Ability to conduct virtual training sessions
Excellent communication and documentation skills
