Job Description
Project Planning
Lead and oversee end-to-end project planning including master schedules resource planning budgeting and risk assessments.
Work closely with the development design and costing teams to ensure alignment between design intent project feasibility and timelines.
Identify potential project risks and propose mitigation strategies during the planning phase.
Coordinate with relevant internal departments to ensure approvals permits and documentation are in place before implementation.
Project Implementation
Drive project execution from pre-construction to handover ensuring delivery is within budget timeline and quality expectations.
Supervise day-to-day site operations contractors and consultants to ensure alignment with project goals.
Implement project tracking systems to monitor construction progress budget control quality standards and compliance.
Coordinate timely resolution of technical issues changes and unforeseen site conditions with consultants and internal teams.
General Project Management Duties
Consult and collaborate with senior management internal departments consultants and authorities for smooth project execution.
Develop and lead project teams ensuring effective manpower planning upskilling and succession planning.
Ensure strict adherence to internal SOPs safety regulations and statutory requirements including Quality & Environmental Management Systems.
Provide regular reporting to management on project progress risks and corrective actions.
Requirements
- Bachelor s Degree in Engineering Construction Management Project Management Building Science or a related discipline.
- Minimum 6 10 years of relevant experience with at least 3 5 years in a leadership role managing construction or property development projects.
- Strong knowledge of project lifecycle from planning to execution including cost management scheduling regulatory processes and environmental compliance.
- Familiarity with Quality & Environmental Management Systems Scheduled Waste Management Environmental Aspect Impact Assessment and relevant legislation.
- Excellent communication coordination and leadership skills.
