- Identify and target new business opportunities in the Elevator/Escalator industry.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients through lead generation networking and market research.
- Qualify leads conduct site visits and prepare proposals tailored to the client s requirements for new elevators and Annual Maintenance of any brand of elevators.
- Close sales by negotiating contracts ensuring terms align with company objectives.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to assess satisfaction levels and identify opportunities for additional services.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in the Elevator industry.
- Effectively communicate the technical aspects and benefits of the company s services to non-technical clients.
- Collaborate with technical and operations teams to customize service offerings that meet client needs.
- Conduct detailed discussions to understand customer requirements and translate them into effective solutions.
- Provide accurate quotations and timelines to clients while ensuring profitability and project feasibility.
- Monitor and analyze industry trends competitor activities and market conditions.
- Report on sales activities pipeline status and revenue forecasts.
- Provide feedback on customer needs concerns and potential new service offerings to the company.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handover from sales to operations.
- Assist in setting up contracts and service level agreements (SLAs) with clients.
Requirements
- Should hold a Valid Qatar Driving License (Mandatory)
- Good information on vendors/service providers for Elevator/Escalators
- Able to provide technical solutions and allocation and budgetary forecasting and bench marking
- Exposure to a multicultural environment
- Bachelor s degree in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical)
- Proven experience (7 years) in sales preferably in the Elevator/Escalator field in Qatar Market
- Proficient in MS Office
- Knowledge of local regulations and standards in Elevator field
- Professional certifications in sales
Bachelor s degree ( Facility Management/ Business Certification) Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools. Professional certifications in sales or facility management (e.g., IFMA, BIFM, etc.). Should hold a Valid Qatar Driving License (Mandatory) Minimum of 7-10 years of experience working in Sales and Business development in FM Industry/Relevant Industry Experience in Qatar FM Industry/Real Estate/Property Management Good information on vendors/service providers for FM Able to provide technical solutions and allocation and budgetary forecasting and bench marking.
