Job Description
- Lead end-to-end SAP data migration and cleansing activities particularly within the SAP MM or SAP SD modules.
- Own and manage specific SAP data objects (e.g. vendors routings) throughout the migration lifecycle.
- Execute data migration projects involving Oracle to SAP and SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA systems.
- Conduct workshops with both business and IT stakeholders to gather clarify and refine data requirements.
- Work independently with minimal supervision proactively resolving issues and ensuring timely delivery.
- Support knowledge-building for stakeholders who may work outside their primary SAP functional areas.
- 8 10 years of relevant experience in SAP ERP data migration and transition.
- Expertise in SAP MM or SAP SD modules and a strong understanding of SAP data structures.
- Proficiency in data extraction transformation and loading (ETL processes).
- Hands-on experience with tools such as LSMW and a solid grasp of data mapping cleansing and query creation.
- Practical knowledge of data migration from Oracle to SAP and SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate business requirements into effective data solutions.
- A customer-focused mindset with the ability to support cross-functional collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- Work independently in a complex fast-paced environment.
- Lead data workshops manage stakeholder expectations and deliver high-quality results.
- Communicate effectively across business and technical teams including negotiation and problem-solving.
- Adapt quickly to evolving business needs and functional domains outside your core expertise.
