We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with in-depth knowledge of the retail domain to lead end-to-end implementation migration and optimization projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning executing and overseeing large-scale retail process transformation programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Program Leadership: Lead the design implementation and delivery of Dynamic 365 programs tailored to the retail industry ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Project Management: Manage multiple work streams across various functional areas (Retail operations Retail planning Store inventory etc.) within the retail organization ensuring seamless execution and integration.
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with C-level executives business stakeholders and IT teams to define project goals scope and deliverables. Provide regular updates on program status risks and mitigation strategies pertaining to Dynamic 365 for the retail-specific needs.
Risk Management: Identify and mitigate program risks by implementing effective governance and control frameworks.
Budget Management: Oversee program budgets ensuring cost efficiency while meeting high-quality standards for program delivery.
Change Management: Develop and execute change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption of the Dynamic 365 solution across the organization including end-user training and support.
Vendor Management: Manage relationships with solutions partners system integrators and third-party vendors to ensure proper delivery of services and solutions.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on Dynamic 365 retail functionalities best practices and emerging trends to continually improve the program delivery and system optimization.
Requirements
Educational Background: Bachelor s degree in information technology Business Administration or related field. A Master s degree or PMP certification is a plus.
D365 Expertise: 7 years of experience in D365program management with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in Dynamic 365 implementations or migrations.
Retail Industry Knowledge: Extensive experience in the retail domain with a deep understanding of retail operations supply chain pricing and customer management systems.
Leadership Skills: Proven experience leading large cross-functional teams in complex multi-phase implementations.
Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to manage both technical and business stakeholders.
Problem Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve project-related issues quickly and efficiently.
Certifications: PMP Agile certification or Microsoft certification preferred.
