Job Description
Captura Hall is seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Customer Support Specialist to join our growing team in Atlanta GA. This role involves providing timely and effective support to our clients resolving issues and ensuring an exceptional service experience. The ideal candidate is proactive organized and has a strong ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
Responsibilities
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone email and ticketing systems
Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions within defined timeframes
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Follow up with customers to ensure full resolution of issues
Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service consistency
Provide product and service information to customers
Support onboarding of new clients with necessary guidance and training
Qualifications :
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (Associates or Bachelors degree preferred)
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer support or client service
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Ability to multitask prioritize and manage time effectively
Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
A positive attitude and a strong desire to help others
