Job Description:
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Advertising Coordinator to join our growing team in Houston TX. The successful candidate will assist in planning executing and monitoring advertising campaigns across various channels to ensure alignment with client goals and project timelines.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate the development and implementation of advertising campaigns
Assist in managing media schedules budgets and vendor communications
Monitor campaign performance and compile progress reports
Work closely with the marketing and design teams to ensure consistent messaging
Maintain advertising records contracts and timelines
Assist in conducting market research and competitive analysis
Support the preparation of presentations and campaign briefs for internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Marketing Advertising Communications or a related field
12 years of experience in an advertising or marketing support role
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with project management tools is a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask and work effectively under tight deadlines
