Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Data Entry Clerk to join our team in Birmingham AL. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering and managing data maintaining confidentiality and supporting internal teams with timely data processing.
Responsibilities
Accurately input data from various sources into company databases
Verify data for accuracy and completeness
Maintain updated records and ensure proper data organization
Perform regular data backups and generate routine reports
Assist with document scanning filing and retrieval
Support cross-functional teams with administrative tasks as needed
Follow company procedures and comply with data privacy regulations
Qualifications :
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree is a plus
Proven experience in a data entry or administrative role preferred
Strong typing skills (minimum 50 WPM) and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word Outlook)
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
