Job Description
About the role:
This is a phone-based sales position within a high-performing team that serves as the first point of contact for new KinCare customers. The role is autonomous yet being a team player is essential as you will collaborate closely to prioritise workloads. While the role is target and sales-driven its core focus is to nurture and guide prospective customers and their families toward KinCare and our suite of in-home care services.
Youll bring empathy and a customer-centric approach building trust with future customers and their families. By carefully presenting information youll help them navigate the Aged Care journey with confidence.
Other responsibilities include:
- Building and managing customer relationships to achieve outcomes loyalty and business results.
- Identifying solutions for customers and negotiating effectively using sales and marketing techniques.
- Positively influencing and collaborating with internal teams to ensure positive outcomes and customer satisfaction.
This is a full-time permanent position. While youll have the flexibility to work from home attendance at our Bella Vista office is required on a regular basis therefore you will need to be based in Sydney.
About you:
- Experience in a Business-to-Consumer sales or customer service role via telephone (i.e. education travel professional services healthcare communications etc).
- Highly sales-oriented and results-driven with the ability to meet targets.
- Strong communication skills with the maturity and patience to work with vulnerable people over the phone.
- Ability to convey complex information in an easy-to-understand way for customers and their families.
- Excellent written skills with attention to detail for maintaining accurate customer records.
- Strong computer literacy and/or CRM management skills
- A genuine passion for helping others.
