Essential Responsibilities:
- Design develop and maintain data resources on Data Visualization Platforms.
- Tableau & Rock (RMS)
- Identify engagement trends and forecast expected growth.
- Discover new metric opportunities and refine metric criteria to improve reporting accuracy.
- Collaborate with a variety of teams to increase reliability in data reporting.
- Translate multiple data points into actionable solutions to drive performance metrics.
- Regularly assist in preparing data analysis summaries and presentations for Senior Leadership.
- Manage and process data reporting requests from internal stakeholders (as needed).
- Assist Data Team volunteers with reporting projects (as needed).

Experience
- Strong programming skills particularly in SQL.
- Bachelors degree in computer science data business or related field (preferred).
