Job Description
The Learning and Development (L&D) Specialist supports all learning and development operational activities including course scheduling and logistics classroom management course design and delivery and learning-related data entry and reporting. Manages learning related technology including learning management systems SharePoint and electronically delivered learning content.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree and 3 years experience OR Masters degree in a related field and 1 year experience in adult training and education learning technology talent management and/or organizational development
- 2 years experience using MS Word Sharepoint Excel PowerPoint and Outlook
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience facilitating trainings
- Experience using Cornerstone
- Proficient with MS Excel including pivot tables and V lookup
- Experience building eLearning programs and/or instructional programs
Key Responsibilities:
- Supports Learning & Development events with instructional developmental communication and administrative activities including data tracking and entry metrics and reporting.
- Serves as the main contact for learning supporting technology user support.
- Serves as the subject matter expert in Instructional Design and adult learning theories
- Creates and assembles learner/instructor guides; supports and/or designs e-learning content using Articulate Storyline and photo/video editing software
- Facilitates and/or co-facilitates workshops meetings and/or small groups
- Supports and/or manages learning-related technology to include learning management system SharePoint and web-based learning licenses
- Provides AV and technology related support and services
- Manages tuition reimbursement and performance review processes through application and reimbursement of coursework
Hiring Salary Range: $63945k- $80849k. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. It will be determined by factors including but not limited to: the applicants education experience knowledge skills and abilities geographic location as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
