The People Manager Cabin Crew is a key HR generalist role supporting a geographically dispersed Cabin Crew team across Australia New Zealand Southeast Asia and the Pacific Islands. Reporting to the Senior People Manager Cabin Crew and Airport Services this role provides expert people advice and supports operational HR matters including case management flexible work arrangements industrial relations talent workforce planning and performance management. As a trusted partner to the Cabin Crew leadership team you will drive employee engagement using people data to identify trends and implement effective interventions. With a strong focus on process improvement and curiosity for how things are done this role also supports change initiatives and ensures alignment with Fair Work legislation Workday systems and organisational priorities.
Youll have:
- A tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related discipline
- Comprehensive experience in a generalist HR role within a dynamic and operationally complex organisation
- Strong working knowledge of performance management disciplinary processes and employment legislation
- Sound understanding of core HR processes including job evaluation performance and remuneration reviews
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities and high work volumes in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Experience in driving change initiatives with a continuous improvement mindset
- Skilled in facilitation and confident in delivering training or presentations to diverse audiences
- Ability to constructively challenge and influence stakeholders with professionalism and courage
- Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to collaborate across functions to align with business objectives
- Demonstrated capability supporting geographically dispersed teams ideally with exposure to employee relations in Australia and New Zealand
