About the Role:

To meet forecasted business growth and to better support our growing strategic plans AbbVie is seeking to proactively connect with dynamic and experienced HR professionals.
As a Business HR Manager you will understand the business strategy and partner with business leaders in an assigned function to build and implement people strategies and tactics to support the business plans and achievements of both short-term and long-term strategic objectives. This is a tremendous opportunity to work with leaders in a fast-paced and dynamic environment to have a direct impact on our global business and the patients that we serve.
