ELISA Scientist - Analytical Development Testing Group

• Contributes as part of a team of AD scientists towards the execution of various analytical methods to support biological therapeutic product release and characterization testing in a compliance-based environment.
• Independently performs routine testing such as but not limited to ELISA Potency Activity HCP Titer qPCR - using established test methods including associated protocol/report documentation and presentations.
• Conducts work in compliance with cGMP/GLP safety and regulatory requirements.
• Responsible for working on other non-lab-based tasks from time to time if assigned.
• Demonstrate independent judgment in technique and method selection protocol and study design and execution data analysis and use of standard practices and procedures for a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity to meet assigned objectives.
• Demonstrate troubleshooting capabilities.
• Responsible for maintenance of lab equipment and participate in general lab upkeep.

Qualifications :

• Bachelors or Masters in Cell and Molecular Biology Biochemistry or Pharmaceutical or other science related degree concentration with some demonstrated experience with ELISA and/or other plate-based assays or 2 years of demonstrated work experience with ELISA and/or other plate-based assays with a bachelors degree. 
• Knowledge of principle of ELISA and above listed plate-based assays basic understanding of theories of relevant techniques and of industry practices and standards required
• Experience with cell- based techniques is preferred 
• Experience with HPLC is a plus
• Ability to learn new techniques perform multiple tasks simultaneously keep accurate records follow instructions and comply with company policies.
• Willingness to cross-train on LC techniques like titer SEC CE iCiEF
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship.
