WHAT WE ARE SEEKING:
Strong commercial and organizational skills to ensure the smooth and effective operation of the hotel

Capable of providing clear strategic direction to sustain or enhance market performance and business results
Proven track record of improving Guest Satisfaction in previous roles with measurable outcomes

Builds and maintains strong relationships with owners to support long-term business growth
Qualifications :
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE INCLUDE:
An excellent opportunity for a first-time General Manager or someone looking to broaden their experience with a different ownership structure.
Requires strong financial acumen across forecasting revenue management month-end reporting budgeting and business reviews.
