The web developer will be based in the Fort Wayne IN corporate office.
What Youll Do:
You will be involved in the full software development life cyclefrom gathering requirements to design coding testing and implementationand will also handle troubleshooting diagnostics and process improvements.
- Provide application support for internal and external users of custom business applications
- Troubleshoot and resolve software and application usage issues; escalate as needed
- Manage projects from concept through completion including gathering requirements and user feedback
- Work closely with operations to understand how business applications are utilized
- Perform diagnostics unit testing and validation of development work using real-world data
- Drive operational and process improvements through technology solutions
- Write reports and queries using relational databases
What Youll Bring:
- College degree in a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills especially with non-technical users
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Self-motivation with strong organizational skills
- Willingness to learn the full scope of company operations and IT systems
