Description

ChubbNorth America Claims seeks aData Call Analystto assist with and manage the day-to-day recurring weekly annually and monthly data calls related to Personal Lines Property Casualty Automobile Marine Professional Accident & Health. In addition this position will focus on occasional ad hoc data calls from various state regulators.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist with annual recurring and ad hoc data calls ranging from Fire Reports Department of Labor inquires Hurricanes Earthquakes and Wildfires.
  • Upon receipt of a new data call from a state regulator this individual will provide independent analysis of relevant information and then provide consultation and recommendations to VP Claims Compliance.
  • Evaluate independently Chubb NA claim systems processes controls and procedures to improve efficiency in reporting along with ways to streamline the existing process. Look to utilize existing data sources along with development of new data sources over time.
  • Communicate with colleagues and manager on any matters of significance related to changes or enhancements to existing data calls. insurance laws and regulations from internal resources or management. Provide recommendations and strategies for resolution.
  • Review and monitor regulatory changes that may impact the respective data calls being managed for various lines of business and insurance programs. Identify gaps weaknesses and deficiencies and create ongoing improvements in the process.


Qualifications

REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong analytical and technical skills to understand root causes of compliance deficiencies and respond effectively and efficiently with necessary short and long-term solutions recommendations and controls.
  • Experience with data collection and reporting software. Skilled use of Microsoft Office products (Excel PowerPoint Word Outlook Teams).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and consistently execute and deliver in a dynamic and developing environment. Strong ability to prioritize and consistently deliver results.
  • Strong interpersonal skills ability to communicate and manage at all levels of the organization. Able to work independently as well as in groups.
  • Travel required (10-15%).
