About the Role:
The ABA Classroom BC (Licensed Behavior Specialist) plays a crucial role in enhancing the educational and social development of preschool aged children (ages 2-5 years old). This position involves implementing evidence-based behavioral interventions tailored to individual student needs ensuring a supportive and effective learning environment. The specialist will collaborate with educators parents and other professionals to create and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs) that promote positive behavior and academic success. By conducting assessments and providing ongoing training the specialist will empower staff and families to reinforce positive behaviors both in and out of the classroom. Ultimately the goal is to foster an inclusive atmosphere where all students can thrive and reach their full potential.

Daily the specialist will utilize behavioral consultation techniques to assess student behaviors and implement effective interventions. Collaboration with educators and families will require strong communication skills ensuring that everyone is aligned in their approach to supporting the student.
