Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and client-focused Online Itinerary Coordinator to help travelers plan personalized and well-organized trips. This remote role involves creating complete travel itineraries based on client preferences handling bookings and ensuring a seamless planning experience.
This position is ideal for those who are passionate about travel enjoy organizing logistics and are comfortable working in a virtual environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Work directly with clients to gather trip requirements including destinations budgets and preferences
- Research and curate tailored travel itineraries that include transportation accommodations tours and experiences
- Coordinate all bookings using approved vendor platforms
- Maintain up-to-date records of reservations and client communications
- Monitor travel guidelines and provide relevant updates to clients
- Offer support to travelers before and during their trip ensuring smooth execution of all plans
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
- Familiarity with digital tools online booking systems or CRM platforms
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Reliable internet connection and access to a personal computer
