Job Requirements:
The Family Practice Physician will have the following requirements:
- MD/DO Board Certified by the American Board of Family Medicine (ABFM)
- Successful completion of an accredited Family Medicine Residency
- Any State License
- 1 year experience
- BLS/ACLS/PALS
