Anchor Post Acute is a beautiful 120-bed skilled nursing & rehab facility conveniently located behind Aiken Mall in Aiken South Carolina. We have been proudly honored as the top skilled nursing facility for Aikens Choice Awards!

Were a close-knit dedicated team serving a community of residents who depend on us and were looking for another strong compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join the front lines of that mission.
What Youll Do:
Deliver direct resident-focused nursing care in a fast-paced high-responsibility environment.
Administer meds monitor vital signs and update charts with accuracy and urgency.
Communicate changes in resident condition to the RN or provider promptly.
Collaborate with a team of CNAs nurses and support staff who have each others backs.
Step into leadership when needed. Well support you.
What Were Looking For:
A current active LPN license in SC
Experience in long-term care is helpful but not required attitude and work ethic matter more.
Strong communication skills steady under pressure and ready to jump in when things get tough.
A real commitment to your residents even on hard days.
What We Offer in Return:
Above-market pay with shift differentials that reflect your effort. ($30-33 ph with $5000 Sign on Bonus
- Shift Diffs: Sat-Sun $4/hr (7a-7p); NIGHTS Mon-Fri $6/hr Sat & Sun $7/hr
- Schedule: Days (7a-7p) & Nights (7p-7a) available
- 3 shifts/ week to include alternating weekends
