About EES

Caterpillars Electrification Energy Solutions (EES) Division will focus on delivering advanced electrified powertrain zero-emissions products/technologies and the solutions and services associated with these technologies. Focus areas include batteries fuel cells motors inverters micro grid controllers charging energy storage systems lifecycle solutions/services and integration of components for ePowertrain solutions across industries.

Job Summary

As a Project Coordinator youll support the Launch Manager in driving key initiatives across a corporate program. Your primary focus will be managing the timely shipment of Gensets to the Griffin facility and PSN Packagers ensuring smooth execution and delivery.

What You Will Do:

  • Track progress according to program schedules and goals; develop solutions to program problems.

  • Participate in the preparations of proposals plans and program specifications.

  • Develop the project scope documents project timetables and other documents that would be provided to Project Managers.

  • Monitor the scheduling budget and performance of company programs.

Degree Requirement:

  • Four-year degree or equivalent experience desired

Problem Solving: Basic understanding and knowledge of approaches tools techniques for recognizing anticipating and resolving organizational operational or process problems; ability to apply knowledge of problem solving appropriately to diverse situations.

  • Utilizes accepted procedures for problem analysis and resolution.

  • Identifies key aspects of problem-solving techniques used in own area.

Data Gathering and Reporting: Basic understanding and knowledge of tools techniques and processes for gathering and reporting data; ability to practice them in a particular department or division of a company.

  • Identifies the key objectives of gathering data.

  • Describes alternative data-gathering techniques and tools.

  • Applies basic data-gathering methodologies.

  • Identifies key sources of needed information.

Top Candidates Will Also Have:

  • Strong Excel proficiency (VLOOKUPs data comparison)

  • Experience with SAP or Microsoft Project Online

  • Familiarity with data mining tracking shipment timelines

Additional Information

  • This position requires the candidate to work a 5-day-a-week schedule in the office.

  • Relocation is NOT available for this position

$79800.00 - $119760.00

Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors job level market locationjob-related knowledge skills individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
