Job Description
Join AWS Cloud Sales Center (CSC) as a Program Manager and become an architect of talent transformation in one of technologys most dynamic organizations. In this role youll shape the future of AWS sales talent by designing and implementing innovative programs that develop our next generation of sales leaders. Working at the intersection of talent development and business strategy youll have direct impact on how we build and scale our sales force across North America.
Key job responsibilities
Architect and drive innovative talent development strategies that transform early-career professionals into future AWS sales leaders
Own high-visibility initiatives that directly impact business growth and talent retention
Lead the design and execution of promotion frameworks that create clear motivating career paths
Build and manage strategic partnerships with top universities to create sustainable talent pipelines
Spearhead leadership development programs that accelerate career progression
Drive data-informed decisions about talent development and workforce planning
Champion initiatives that enhance employee experience and foster an inclusive culture
Create scalable solutions that support our rapidly growing sales organization

- 5 years of program or project management experience
- 3 years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
- 5 years of driving end to end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- 5 years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience in stakeholder management dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes project management and schedules

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $66800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered equity sign-on payments and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits.
