As we continue to grow we are seeking a dynamic and hands-on Production Supervisor to lead a team in our fast-paced manufacturing environment.
The Production Supervisor is responsible for providing leadership and oversight to production team members to meet daily output quality and safety goals. This role plays a critical part in supporting continuous improvement efforts and maintaining a positive results-driven workplace culture.
Primary Responsibilities:
Plan organize and direct team activities to meet production schedules and performance targets.
Maintain a safe work environment by enforcing safety policies and promoting good housekeeping.
Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency reduce waste and enhance quality.
Train coach and develop team members to improve skillsets and job performance.
Ensure compliance with company policies procedures and quality standards.
Address employee performance issues and administer corrective actions when necessary.
Resolve production bottlenecks and coordinate timely material flow to avoid delays.
Manage team schedules monitor attendance and approve time off requests.
Lead daily team meetings to communicate expectations goals and operational updates.
Provide regular feedback to employees and maintain production documentation and reports.
Proactively address challenges and support cross-functional collaboration to meet targets.
Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role within an assembly line or manufacturing environment.
Demonstrated ability to lead train and motivate hourly production employees.
Strong sense of ownership urgency and accountability.
Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement practices.
Excellent problem-solving organizational and analytical skills.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Proactive leadership style with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred but not required
