Job Description


Viwinco is a leading manufacturer of high-performance custom vinyl windows and patio doors proudly made in the USA. We are committed to innovation craftsmanship and operational excellence. As we continue to grow we are seeking a dynamic and hands-on Production Supervisor to lead a team in our fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The Production Supervisor is responsible for providing leadership and oversight to production team members to meet daily output quality and safety goals. This role plays a critical part in supporting continuous improvement efforts and maintaining a positive results-driven workplace culture.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Plan organize and direct team activities to meet production schedules and performance targets.

  • Maintain a safe work environment by enforcing safety policies and promoting good housekeeping.

  • Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency reduce waste and enhance quality.

  • Train coach and develop team members to improve skillsets and job performance.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies procedures and quality standards.

  • Address employee performance issues and administer corrective actions when necessary.

  • Resolve production bottlenecks and coordinate timely material flow to avoid delays.

  • Manage team schedules monitor attendance and approve time off requests.

  • Lead daily team meetings to communicate expectations goals and operational updates.

  • Provide regular feedback to employees and maintain production documentation and reports.

  • Proactively address challenges and support cross-functional collaboration to meet targets.

  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role within an assembly line or manufacturing environment.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead train and motivate hourly production employees.

  • Strong sense of ownership urgency and accountability.

  • Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement practices.

  • Excellent problem-solving organizational and analytical skills.

  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

  • Proactive leadership style with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred but not required
