Job Description

A dynamic San Diego-based real estate law firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney for a fully remote position. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated legal professional who thrives in a flexible tech-savvy and collaborative environment.

The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in civil litigation with a strong preference for those familiar with real estate or business litigation. Exceptional legal research writing and communication skills are essential. Must be licensed and in good standing with the California State Barand appear in Southern California courts.

Responsibilities include handling all phases of litigation from pleadings and discovery to depositions court appearances and trial preparation. Youll work closely with a supportive team of attorneys and staff on a diverse caseload involving all things real estate related: boundary disputes real estate fraud buyer-seller disputes quiet title litigation unlawful detainer litigation and mortgage litigation.
