REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS/SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
The Corporate Accounts Payable (AP) department provides accounts payable services system wide in the following areas: vendor master management invoice processing disbursements travel and expense reimbursement 1099 issuance and escheatment. This role is responsible for managing projects relating to Accounts Payable and the broader Procure to Pay (P2P) process. In addition the position will assist in identifying project improvement initiatives departmental efficiencies and support new forms of automation. This position reports to the System AP Director.
POSITION SUMMARY
Leads projects to ensure the timely implementation of key initiatives delivering results on schedule and within scope. Applies expertise in designing and improving business practices/processes with an emphasis on efficiencies and cost reduction strategies.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Associates degree
Skills: Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal. Highly organized with strong time management leadership and decision making abilities. Demonstrates effective collaboration problem solving and delegation skills that are critical to project success. Excels in identifying root causes and developing sustainable practical solutions while incorporating stakeholder input. Ability to manage to project deadlines. Comfortable working across all levels of the health system including executive leadership. Proficient skills in Microsoft office suite coupled with ERP system experience.
Years of Experience: Minimum of 6 years in Accounts Payable or related field.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Bachelors degree
Skills: PowerPoint presentation skills Business Intelligence experience Project Management experience
Years of Experience: 7 years of experience preferred
Certification: Accounting Project Management or Business Intelligence certification preferred
WORKING CONDITIONS
Physical Demands: May be required to lift or carry light equipment or supplies occasionally.
